This website introduces 2H Alliance, a business operated by Second Horizon Holdings, LLC, and provides a way to send us an inquiry.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent from your browser to this website’s server, checked, and passed to our email service provider, Resend, which delivers them as an email notification to our business mailbox at Connect@2HAlliance.com. The website does not keep your entries in its own contact database. Copies are held in our business mailbox and may be retained by Resend for a limited period as part of operating and securing its email service.

Submitting the form does not sign you up for newsletters or marketing. The website sends you one transactional confirmation email that your note was received; it is not marketing and does not enroll you in anything. To limit abuse, the server may briefly use technical information such as your IP address to slow down repeated submissions; this is not stored with your inquiry.

Information you send

We use the information you send to understand your request, respond to you, and discuss possible services. Please do not include patient information, passwords, or confidential documents in an initial inquiry.
